Everything revolves around security - national or lunar. On PixelMoon security was not provided for.
That's why the PixelDam National Security Agency (PNSA) built this military compound right after the FFF-mission (Footprints and Flags First) was completed.

Includes: watchtower, guards and many facilities inside - which are, naturally, classified.

Edit 1.4.2004:
Added shadow to camera above entrance;
Corrected light/shade on both guards on the right side

Awesome work on this *bgr. I think this compound goes perfectly with the PixelMoon theme, especially the moon tile it's placed on. The building itself is colored exactly how I would expect it to be with beige walls and a dark grey roof.

The details are also very interesting. I like the glass part of the roof, allowing us to see inside the compound. The video camera at the main door is hardly noticeable but a nice addition as well (I see there's one on the lookout tower too). I don't know what those 3 things outside the door are, but they look cool at any rate.

Nice work. I hope there's plenty of nifty PixelMoon stuff to look at soon!

Thank you for the kind comments. Much appreciated

Those 3 things are ... well actually that is classified but I can give you a hint (they scan the moon surface)

Actually, it has come to my knowledge those are APS (Auxiliary Power Supply) buffers.

... :shh: I didn't tell you that ;)

That's really good, nice detail. Especially all the guards, the video cameras, and those two guys inside.

Excellent work and great colour choices. Nothing there that I can even crit - except that you got a little sloppy when flipping the guard at the bottom of the stairs and didnt adjust hid shading ;)

I get the impression that this building is like an iceberg - 9/10ths of it is underground.
